It would be too easy to say it’s been a “dynamic” year for Dynamics 365 and the Intelligent Business Cloud.

It’s a fast pace of change we’re all facing, and the growth and diversity of the Dynamics product, leveraging the Intelligent Business Cloud, has led to tremendous challenges for partners, ISVs, tech staff and others in the industry ecosystem.

There’s little doubt business and industry clamors for new tools to give them an edge. Tools to expand their technological capabilities and streamline their digital transformation, saving them time, money and allowing them to make best use of the data they accumulate.

The challenge for partners is twofold:

For one, you need to understand the tools and capabilities in the Dynamics 365 toolbox you are most capable and comfortable selling, implementing and developing. The good news is with constant development on the platform, there so much more ease of use when linking what at one time were individual technological components within a business process.

A second challenge is to learn how to distill this information to the potential client. It’s about learning how to leverage the various components available to Dynamics 365 to create a unique, appropriate and seamless package for the customer. It’s about understanding what tools are provided by Microsoft to help you as a Partner optimize your own understanding and utilizing the resources available through Microsoft to provide the best possible resource and presentation.

That means there’s a lot to learn and a lot of training to be had.

That’s also why we encourage you to look at the deep-dive training being offered at eXtreme365 Long Beach, Nov. 6-9.

A full course schedule is found here and includes courses like:

  • Extending Dynamics 365 with PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, the Common Data Service, and Azure Services
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics using Cortana Analytics, Azure and Power BI

These sessions, taught by subject experts, provide deep and valuable training on various components of the Dynamic 365 product, leveraging the Intelligent Business Cloud. This is a small group opportunity to explore new information, build upon the experience of others and learn how to create the latest real-time solutions through use of these tools. There’s room for great interaction with instructing staff and a chance to expand your community of tool users for future needs and best practices.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners have more opportunities than ever to succeed and grow by building and delivering solutions that help customers. At eXtreme365, partners can learn about those opportunities and give feedback about working with Microsoft. If participating in high-quality leadership and learning sessions, and networking with peers and Microsoft is important, I encourage you to attend eXtreme365.”
