Cecilia has led the Business Application Strategy team for One Commercial Partner (Microsoft) with worldwide responsibility since August 2017.
Her responsibilities include capacity planning, capability, growth strategies, and worldwide field execution. She has been instrumental in helping to develop and energize the Business Applications ecosystem, co-selling success, and in helping to develop the capabilities of field leadership to better capture the opportunities in the transition to a world of cloud-first and mobile-first world.

Mo Osbourne | Corporate Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Microsoft Business Applications Group, Microsoft
Expertise: overall commercial business and technology strategy and operational excellence
In her role as COO of the Business Applications Group (BAG), Mo works closely with the BAG leadership team to manage spend, assess areas to improve gross margin, and identify opportunities for investment that are critical to growing the business. She is also responsible for Microsoft Customers and Partners’ success, partnering with the Marketing, Field, and Support groups.
Mo has had an impressive career and brings over 25 years of experience in IT, operations, strategy and procurement including insourcing, outsourcing and integration. Most recently she served as Global Chief Information Officer for Ernst & Young, a role she performed for 6 years and in which she was responsible for the firm-wide technology strategy and execution in over 155 countries.
She led a team of 8,000 technologists and managed $1.6B in annual spend, driving E&Y’s strategic objectives of market and service growth, globalization, human capital investment, and IT services with direct responsibility for resources, assets and all IT activities within E&Y’s global network of firms.

Kees Hertogh | Senior Director, Product Marketing, Microsoft
Kees Hertogh is a Senior Director – for the Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise group in Microsoft Corporation. He has full filled multiple Product Marketing roles within Microsoft. In his current role, Hertogh is leading Experience Product Marketing team for business applications. This discipline includes product evangelism, product roadmap & business models, as well as a focus improving the end-to-end customer experience. The business applications portfolio consists off the Dynamics 365 enterprise cloud offerings, which includes the AI and Mix Reality business applications as well as the Power platform product family (PowerApps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow and the Common Data Service.
In 1999, Hertogh joined Navision a/s, which was later acquired by Microsoft Corp. Preceding his current role, he held various product management and product marketing roles across Microsoft’s business applications portfolio and Azure. Before joining Microsoft Corp, he held the position of product director on the MBS management team at Microsoft Netherlands, responsible for local product strategy and the local product management & development teams.
Hertogh has a bachelor’s degree in management accounting from the InHolland University of Applied Science in Netherlands. He also achieved Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) status from the Association for Operations Management (APICS) and holds an advanced Marketing degree from the Dutch Institute for Marketing (NIMA).
