Cecilia Flombaum

Cecilia has led the Business Application Strategy team for One Commercial Partner (Microsoft) with worldwide responsibility since August 2017.

Her responsibilities include capacity planning, capability, growth strategies, and worldwide field execution. She has been instrumental in helping to develop and energize the Business Applications ecosystem, co-selling success, and in helping to develop the capabilities of field leadership to better capture the opportunities in the transition to a world of cloud-first and mobile-first world.

Kees Hertogh is a Senior Director – Product Marketing at Microsoft.

Kees Hertogh is a Senior Director – for the Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise group in Microsoft Corporation. He has full filled multiple Product Marketing roles within Microsoft. In his current role, Hertogh is leading the Dynamics 365 experience marketing discipline. This includes product evangelism, product roadmap, as well as a focus improving the end-to-end customer experience of the Dynamics 365 enterprise cloud offerings as well as product marketing accountability for the business application platform services PowerApps, the Common Data Service, Microsoft Flow and Microsoft Stream. In 1999, Hertogh joined Navision a/s, which was later acquired by Microsoft Corp.

Preceding his current role, he led the product management team for Microsoft Dynamics AX and prior to that led the business group’s competitive strategy. Before joining Microsoft Corp, he held the position of product director on the MBS management team at Microsoft Netherlands, responsible for local product strategy and the local product management & development teams.

Hertogh has a bachelor’s degree in management accounting from the InHolland University of Applied Science in Netherlands. He also achieved Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) status from the Association for Operations Management (APICS) and holds an advanced Marketing degree from the Dutch Institute for Marketing (NIMA).
