Microsoft’s Cecilia Flombaum will keynote on One Commercial Partner – and the practical strategies and deployment in this new relationship between Microsoft and Partners – at extreme365 Dubrovnik for Partners 19-21 March.

She is lead on the Business Application Strategy team for One Commercial Partner with worldwide responsibility, appointed in August 2017.
In this role she is responsible for capacity planning, capability and growth strategies as well as worldwide field execution; all aimed at the development and health of Microsoft’s business applications partner ecosystem and co-selling success.

Flombaum has been in the Microsoft for almost 17 years and in the business applications space for about 10 years in different capacities.

BIOGRAPHY

Mike Ehrenberg is a Microsoft Technical Fellow. He is a CTO in the Business Applications Group with responsibility across Dynamics and the business applications platform and marketplace initiatives.

Ehrenberg joined Microsoft in 2003, after 25 years of business application development across banking and brokerage transaction systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) for process manufacturing, and supplier relationship management (SRM) solutions. At Olivetti, he led the development of one of the first commercial banking systems for Windows. As CTO at Marcam, Ehrenberg drove the development of the first ERP product for Windows NT, deeply architected for the Microsoft platform. At Frictionless Commerce, he led development of one of the first complete SRM solutions deployable by design either on-premises or in the cloud.

Ehrenberg, his family and golden retriever Lucy live in Seattle and love spending time cycling, skiing, watching and playing soccer and cheering on the Boston Red Sox.

Peter Jensen currently serves as Director of US Sales Operation for One Commercial Partner at Microsoft Corp. His team oversees a channel of more than 10,000 US partners across all solution areas. Previously Mr. Jensen managed the US Dynamics Partner Programs and directed partner strategies with specific accountability for Industry Engagement, Partner Demand Generation and Cloud Readiness.

Jensen has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a career foundation in Technology and Channel Strategy. He has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Copenhagen University, and a Marketing Degree from Copenhagen Business School. He lives in Seattle, WA with his wife Gitte-Lena and sons Marcus and Milo.

Prior to his work with Transformative, Mr. Malme worked with Microsoft for 15 years and held a variety of global and regional (EMEA & Asia) leadership roles. With past responsibility for Corporate Sales, Partner Sales and Dynamics Partners, Mr. Malme brings a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by many partners and also a unique view of future opportunity.

Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Malme helped launch and lead two software businesses focusing on cancer care and non-profit organizations. He also built and launched a new portfolio of Real Estate solutions for Financial Business Systems where he currently serves as a board member. Mr. Malme started his career in the software labs of IBM developing operating systems and serving enterprise customers.

Mr. Malme has a passion for doing well by doing good. With interests ranging from precision medical care to global philanthropy, he holds a deep belief in the power of technology and teamwork to transform our world.

After 11 years in Redmond Anders recently moved back to Europe and is now leading Microsoft EMEA’s partner sales efforts in the enterprise space, specifically focused on Business Applications.
